Deskripsi Training RAB Konstruksi

Analisa biaya –biaya yang sesuai tentunya juga sangat diperlukan dalam melakukan perancangan suatu gedung atau bangunan, dimana perancangan gedung tersebut harus disesuaikan dengan dengan anggaran yang telah disusun. Skill yang baik dalam melakukan penyusunan RAB konstruksi sangatlah diperlukan dengan tujuan agar setiap pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan dapat sesuai dengan anggaran yang telah direncanakan. RAB (Rencana Angaran Biaya) sendiri mempunyai definisi banyaknya biaya yang diperlukan dalam perkerjaan proyek konstruksi.  Apabila RAB disusun dengan baik dan benar akan memberikan gambaran spesifikasi bangunan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan nilai anggaran proyek sebagai acuan bagi pihak yang terlibat dalam pekerjaan konstruksi tersebut.

Teknik yang tepat dalam proses penyusunan RAB bagi pemilik dana dapat digunakan sebagai acuan penentuan HPS jika pekerjaan akan dilelang kepada pihak rekanan. Teknik penyusunan RAB yang baik membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten dan mempunyai wawasan dan pengalaman dalam proyek bangunan dan kemampuan untuk menghitung secara detail dan perfect semua komponen biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam sebuah pekerjaan/ proyek bangunan.
