Oleh karena begitu banyaknya pemasok yang telah menjadi mitra suatu perusahaan, baik sebagai pemasok barang maupun penyedia jasa sehingga membutuhkan suatu pengelolaan yang efektif. Terkait dengan pemaparan diatas, maka dikenal istilah Supplier Managemet yang merupakan sebuah konsep manajemen strategis yang merencanakan dan mengelola semua interaksi dengan pihak ketiga yang menyediakan baik barang atau jasa kepada perusahaan Anda. Supplier Management dalam hal ini digunakan untuk memaksimalkan nilai dari interaksi antara kedua belah pihak.
Dalam prakteknya, Supplier Management akan menciptakan hubungan yang lebih dekat dan lebih kolaboratif dengan pihak pemasok untuk mengurangi risiko. Didalamnya ada beberapa proses interaksi yang dilakukan dengan customer, yaitu seperti negosiasi kontrak, pembelian, mengelola logistik dan pengiriman, serta berkolaborasi pada desain produk, dll. Sehingga hubungan antara customer dengan pemasok tidak terpisah dan harus dikelola secara terkoordinasi di seluruh unit fungsional.
Dalam pengaturan masalah bisnis negoisasi dapat dilakukan dengan rekan kerja, para manajer, klien suplair, kontraktor dan bahkan para pesaing. Dalam pelatihan ini, anda akan belajar tentang dasar-dasar proses negoisasi, dan meningkatkan kemampuan anda sebagai manager, supervisor dalam mempengaruhi hubungan kerja secara positif.

Lifting Supervisor is in charge of the initial work of erecting the load and to ensure that all rigging work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to the regulation and to sound established customs and practices.
The first consideration must at all times, be directed toward the safeguarding life and limb. This consideration must extend to all persons in vicinity or likely to enter the vicinity.

TUJUAN PELATIHAN INTRODUCTION ADVANCED RIGGING

At the end of course, the participant should be able to:
* Observe general safety first rules and carry out his duties in a safe and responsible manner.

Power conditioning is the enabling technology necessary for interfacing various distributed generator (DG) systems to electric utility and to power stand-alone loads. Power semiconductor devices are examined from an application perspective. After examining the basic conversion blocks, the course delves into suitable power conversion architectures (topologies). Examples include: (a) Fuel Cell power conversion system with battery/super-capacitor type energy storage for powering stand-alone residential loads with an option to interface to electric utility; (b) Power conversion architectures for a high speed gas turbine (microturbine) type DG; (c) Suitable converters for fuel cell turbine hybrid will also be considered.

Power electronics is an enabling technology for almost all electrical applications. The field is growing rapidly because electrical devices need electronic circuits to process their energy. DESCRIPTION PELATIHAN Advanced Electrical Grounding

This advanced electrical grounding course will also address other grounding electrode systems not covered in the basic eletrical grounding course such as “Buried Horizontal Ground Grids”, the “Three-Point” triangular electrode and calculations for determining the area of influence of grounding electrodes, such as a ground rod.

The course will also include additional principles involved in Earth Resistance testing and additional methods of measuring the “Ground Resistance” such as “The Slope Method” grounding resistance testing for large grounding systems such as substations.

The lightning protection section of the course will provide as an additional material, calculations for transient over voltage generated in high structures such as transmission and communications towers and the step voltage hazards caused by transient induced voltage gradients in the earth. Capacitive coupling of transient energy will also be discussed.

This course will also provide a comprehensive coverage of design practices for grounding and electromagnetic compatibility of industrial, commercial, and residential systems with linear and distorting loads.

For critical electronic loads, this advanced course will provide grounding practices for signal reference subsystems, multipoint grounding systems and lower and higher frequency signal reference networks, subjects not covered in the basic grounding course.
